Compassion is an attribute of Allah on which the entire universe is set upon. If Allah's compassion did not encircle everything, nothing could stay established for even a moment. If one wishes to attain more of Allah's mercy and compassion recite YA KAREEMU 101 times daily while lying down on the right side of the body before going to sleep at night and then blow on the chest. Go to sleep without talking to anyone. After having some sleep if one wakes up again before going to sleep again there is no harm in talking to someone.
